If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only except exchanges on sale items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days of purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Katalyst must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
There will be no refunds for change of mind on custom garments and printed illustrations
In the case of faulty products, Katalyst will repair the product. If repair is not possible, a refund or exchange will be offered. Assessment of this fault and the appropriate action to be taken is at the discretion of the business. If there is a fault with the product, please contact email@example.com to discuss an outcome.
