Returns and shipping

Katalyst pieces are made to order or produced in small quantities, often with 1 or 2 of each size. Due to this, refunds or exchanges for change of mind will not be accepted. We want people to love our garments and get maximum wear out of them, so please get in touch with any questions you may have about the style, fabric or fit before you place your order. We’ll happily provide any extra images or advice that will help to make the right purchase.

Katalyst may offer a credit note, refund or exchange on goods that have a manufacturing fault or that do not match the sample or description on the product information. Assessment of this fault and the appropriate action to be taken is at the discretion of the business. Items will need to be assessed by Katalyst and we must receive them in the exact condition in which they were sent out, unworn and with swing tags attached. 

Please contact katalystdesign@outlook.com if you believe there is a fault with your order. For the most efficient resolution, please attach your order confirmation and clear photos of the item and the believed fault.

Most Katalyst pieces are made to order and will be sent out 3-4  weeks from the time of your order. Items marked ‘Ready to Ship’ in the online store will be posted within 7 days of the order being placed. All orders will be sent via Australia Post unless notified otherwise. Please note that orders to regional areas and Western Australia will have longer estimated delivery times. For specific delivery time estimates, click HERE for more information. 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the increased volume of deliveries, flight cancellations and service delays related to COVID-19, there may be additional wait times for your delivery. To find up to date information on these delays, click HERE for domestic deliveries and HERE for international

  • Standard tracked shipping within Australia is $12

    Express tracked shipping within Australia is $16

  • Standard tracked shipping to New Zealand is $24

  • International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping and cost will vary based on weight and destination. For Ready to Ship items, this will be calculated at the checkout. For shipping of custom items or other postage questions, get in touch at katalystdesign@outlook.com.

    International delivery costs provided here do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied to customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations in your country, please email us (link to email) before placing your order.

    If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item/s will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fees.
